He left my house & came back 3 or 4 times that day until he found a compatible thermostat. He was just as concerned for my 93 y/o grandmother as I was. "We made the mistake of trying to install a google nest thermostat by ourselves and we ended up blowing a fuse. We went without the AC during this heat wave and died. SHAC came the same day we called in the morning and he was able to fix the fried transfuser. We were so thankful that he got it working and was pretty quick about it.
